Stoner Peach products are made to order. Once you place an order, it goes into production and then ships to you. Please read the details below so you know what to expect.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Delivery time typically equals production time + carrier transit time.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may be impacted by peak seasons, weather, carrier delays, or customs processing (for international orders).
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, we may offer reshipment (additional cost) or a partial refund (shipping is non-refundable).

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons including, but not limited to: incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or ordering errors.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, damage, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 21 days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after 21 days may be denied.
After review and verification, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement (reprint) or a refund. Do not return the item unless we explicitly request it in writing. Unapproved returns may be refused.
Stoner Peach is not responsible for delivery issues caused by customer-provided errors (including incorrect or incomplete address information), refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package. If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, we may offer:
Slight variations in print placement may occur. A tolerance of up to 0.5" in placement is industry standard and is not considered a defect.
If you experience an issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may delay resolution and could result in account restrictions.
