Shipping Policy

Stoner Peach products are made to order. Once you place an order, it goes into production and then ships to you. Please read the details below so you know what to expect.

Order Processing & Production

  • Made to order: Items are printed or produced after your order is placed.
  • Production time varies by product type and demand.
  • Orders may ship in multiple packages if items are produced at different facilities.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Delivery time typically equals production time + carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may be impacted by peak seasons, weather, carrier delays, or customs processing (for international orders).

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, we may offer reshipment (additional cost) or a partial refund (shipping is non-refundable).

Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please:

  1. Check around your property (porch, mailbox, leasing office, package room).
  2. Ask household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact the carrier to request a delivery scan or GPS delivery details (if available).

If you still cannot locate it, email customer_care@stonerpeach.com with your order number, and we will help with next steps. Stoner Peach is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to assist. Support first

Damaged Packages / Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 21 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging (including the shipping label, if possible)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing may also add additional delivery time that is outside our control.
